Each piece in our space is chosen with intention handcrafted treasures, artisanal wares, ritual tools and creations born from the hands and hearts of makers, healers and magical souls.

As a boutique collective, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we are delighted to offer:

Store Credit or  Exchange for an item of equal value

Exchanges & Store Credit

To exchange an item or receive store credit, please return it within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition, unused, and with proof of purchase.

If you choose a piece of greater value, the difference is simply paid at the time of exchange.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For reasons of health, hygiene and energetic integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

•⁠  ⁠Bath, body + herbal products (including teas + salts)

•⁠  ⁠Oils, ingestible's + intimate wares

•⁠  ⁠Earrings

•⁠  ⁠Readings, healings, workshops + services

•⁠  ⁠Sale + discounted items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a piece arrives with a genuine fault, we will gladly assess it in alignment with Australian Consumer Law.

Many items in our space are handmade or natural gentle variations in colour, texture and form are part of their magic and not considered faults.
