Every Stone & Stardust order is lovingly packed and prepared for its journey to you. We want your treasures to arrive safely and beautifully, ready to bring a little magic into your world.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, launches and holiday seasons, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Once your parcel has left us, it is in the hands of the postal or courier service. While we can't control their delivery times, we'll always do our best to help if something goes astray.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore your Stone & Stardust treasures.

If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, we offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, both online and in store.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, saleable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase
  • In their original packaging where applicable
  • Free from damage, wear or signs of use

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

For online returns, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and approved. Store credit does not expire.

Some treasures are not eligible for change-of-mind returns

For hygiene, safety or personal-use reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Bath and body products
  • Oils, herbs or ingestible products
  • Intimate or personal-use products
  • Opened or used ritual products where hygiene or safety may be affected
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

These exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns only and do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Oh no — sometimes even a little magic gets bumped along the way.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at stoneandstarduststore@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging where relevant

Please keep the original packaging until we have resolved the matter, as it may be needed for a delivery investigation.

If an item has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. Consumer guarantee rights apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, on sale or through a promotion.

If we have sent you the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our change-of-mind policy is separate from your consumer guarantee rights. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our 14-day return period therefore applies to change-of-mind returns only and does not limit your rights where a product is faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees.

Please include your order number and let us know whether you are requesting an exchange or store credit.

We'll then guide you through the return process.
